Water Sports and Recreation Precinct

The design concept of this

Precinct is to activate the Wan
Chai ex-PCWA into a water

sports and recreational centre
to showcase the new water play

concepts and shared use of
various water-related activities,

including hosting local and
international water sports events. Water Sports and Recreation Centre

In the Precinct, two annex buildings, namely Harbour Recreation Annex and

Harbour Education Annex, will be constructed to provide necessary back-
of-house facilities and landing steps, floating pontoons and other related

facilities. Fence-free harbour steps will be provided to bring people closer to
the water. To further improve connectivity, a feature bridge linking up the

Precinct and the Causeway Bay hinterland is proposed.
