FOCUS
The five character precincts and their respective HEPs proposed in the Study,
as well as their latest development progress are highlighted in the following
paragraphs. While the availability of some sites are pending the completion of the
ongoing infrastructural works, some quick-win projects have been pushed ahead
under the incremental approach.
