Planning Department 35th Anniversary

Planning Department 35th Anniversary

The Planning Department (PlanD) was established on 1 January 1990. Over the past 35 years, PlanD has brought together professionals from different fields and colleagues of various grades to undertake town planning duties and create land resources for Hong Kong, helping to
shape it into the “Asia’s World City” it is today.

Looking ahead, PlanD will continue to work with the people of Hong Kong to create more opportunities, and to develop a more liveable city together.
