Employees Retraining Board Manpower Developer Award
Since 2014, the Department has been participating in the Employees Retraining
Board (ERB) Manpower Developer Scheme and accredited as 'Manpower
Developer'. It recognises that the Department has actively promoted training and
development and recognised staff as essential human resources in the institution.
It also demonstrates that the Department has achieved outstanding performance
in the following five aspects – Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning,
Training and Development System, Performance Management and Corporate
Social Responsibility in Manpower Development. The Department was awarded
the 'Certificate of Appreciation' under the Manpower Developer Grand Prize Award
2018 – 20.
