The City Gallery
The City Gallery
The City Gallery plays an important role in reaching out to the community to promote town
planning in Hong Kong, showcasing planning and infrastructure developments as well
as providing a platform for exchange of ideas among planning and development-related
professionals.
Visitation
Despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the number of visitors to the City Gallery
reached 325 926 during its eight-month opening in 2022.
Events and Activities
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region, the Development Bureau and the Department jointly presented the planning and
infrastructure exhibition titled “Envisioning Beyond Legacy” from 6 July 2022 to 2 January
2023. Please refer to P. 43 – 50 for details of the exhibition.
