Development in Fanling/Sheung Shui New

            Town



            In planning the development of the Fanling/Sheung Shui New Town, suitable sites have been reserved for
            various types of land uses including residential, commercial, industrial, open space and the provision of
            different types of community and infrastructural facilities to meet the needs of the population.

                                                             Upon the planned development, the overall flat mix
                                                             ratio of Fanling/Sheung Shui New Town will be about
