Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023
Gazetted on 9 December 2022 and introduced into the Legislative Council on 14 December 2022, proposed amendments to the Town Planning Ordinance included in the Development (Town Planning, Lands and Works (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2022 was passed by the Legislative Council (LegCo) on 13 July 2023. The Development (Town Planning, Lands and Works (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2023 which includes among others, the Amended Town Planning Ordinance was published in the Government Gazette on 21 July 2023 and comes into operation on 1 September 2023.
