Application for Amendments to Approved Development Proposal
- Where a development proposal is approved by the Town Planning Board (the Board) under s.16 of the Town Planning Ordinance (the Ordinance), application for amendments to the approved development proposal is provided for under s.16A of the Ordinance.
- Application for Class B amendments shall be made to the Board in the prescribed application form No. 16A. The application should clearly set out the amendments to the previously approved development proposal by highlighting the amendments in colour to facilitate comparison between the current and the previously approved schemes. Under s.16A(4) of the Ordinance, the Board may refuse to consider an application for Class B amendments where the application does not comply with any of the requirements specified by the Board.
- For s.16 applications which involve amendments to approved development proposals beyond those provided for under s.16A of the Ordinance, applicants are also requested to highlight the amendments in colour to facilitate the processing of their applications.
