Visit to Shenzhen (Aug 2023)

Colleagues of Planning Department, together with the Northern Metropolis Co-ordination Office of Development Bureau, Security Bureau and North Development Office of Civil Engineering and Development Department, conducted a Technical Visit on 16 Aug 2023 to Luohu, Shenzhen and met with the Mainland officials including the officials of Luohu District People’s Government etc. The delegation also visited the port area, new development area, water treatment facility and local enterprise etc. to learn more about the latest development to facilitate better planning of Lo Wu/ Man Kam To and New Territories North New Town.
