Visit to Jiangmen

On 21 May 2024, the Director of Planning, Mr Ivan Chung, leading a Planning Department delegation, visited Jiangmen and met with officials from the Jiangmen Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources.  At the meeting, the delegation introduced the latest planning of the Northern Metropolis and Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands in Hong Kong, and learnt about the Territorial Spatial Planning of Jiangmen.  The delegation also visited the Jiangmen Urban Planning Exhibition Centre, Pengjiang Industrial Park and the Jiangmen Laboratory of Carbon Science and Technology to learn more about the projects.
