Visit to Foshan
On 15 October 2024, the Director of Planning, Mr Ivan Chung, leading a Planning Department delegation, visited Foshan and met with officials from the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources. At the meeting, the delegation introduced the latest planning of the Northern Metropolis and Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands in Hong Kong, and learnt about the Territorial Spatial Planning of Foshan. The delegation also visited Lingnan Tiandi, the Xianhu Hydrogen Valley and Qiandeng Lake to learn more about the projects.
